About Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional therapy has evolved to follow the model of functional medicine. This scientific yet holistic approach recognises the interconnected contribution of our genetic background, diet, lifestyle, emotional and mental state in relation to our health and wellbeing. Functional medicine seeks to address the root causes of poor health rather than focusing on symptoms alone.

My nutritional therapy practice adheres to this model of functional medicine by focusing on the whole person to address total wellbeing – physical, emotional and mental. My approach is collaborative. I work with each person to help them to make the necessary, yet realistic changes that fit their daily lives. Diet and lifestyle can bring about vast improvements in a person’s quality of life and it is often the smallest changes make the most significant impact. This is my passion to educate and empower the person through these diet and lifestyle changes with the outcome of vitality and optimal health.
